Help needed with representation of data

Hello,

I want to represent my data in nested form. For example if the page has one spoiler named Papers , when it expands it should let me choose from these options – CIE 1 CIE 2 CIE 3 and SEE and when I select any one of them it should ask me which years paper I want? 2017 or 2018 etc
