    Hi guys,

I need a little advice for my company’s Google Merchant Center. We currently have a feed set up for the US, and now I need to create a new one for the UK. Our CMS is WordPress, and I’m using the CTX Feed plugin to create the new feed.

Everything seemed fine, but I’ve run into an issue where some products on our website have different variants (e.g., Product A has 3 variants: X, Y, and Z, each with different prices). However, when I create the UK feed, the products show up as a single item with the prices of all variants.

I’ve already enabled the variation option in the CTX Feed plugin backend, but the problem persists. Has anyone encountered this before or could you offer some advice?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @hadijaleel66

According to GMC feed specifications, all the variations of a variable item must be included as single items under one group ID. So, you can see the variations are listed under one group id and once you upload the feed to GMC, the product will be added as a variation item with variations.

However, if your feed has been created with all the variation on a single item with a single price, make sure you are not choosing “Variable product(Parent)” while configuring the feed. Make sure to select “All variations” and generate the feed.

    Thank you,

    Hi @mansary

Thank you for your reply. I have already tried to do it with selecting “All Variants” but it just adds up the the value of all the different variations and shows 1 high value price that is not ideal.

Could you suggest something else please?

    Hi @hadijaleel66

Can you please share the feed url and explain the issue with a screencast video or screenshot? Also, make sure to share the feed configuration with a screenshot.

    Thank you,

    Hi @mansary

Link to the feed is: https://www.trend-networks.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/google/xml/trendnetworks-products-feed.xml

Right, so what is happening is you can see in the screenshots below that the products on the website are listed at different prices but in GMC they come as 1 product not variations, and the price on GMC combines the price of all the variations and then adds them up and shows on GMC.

    Hi @hadijaleel66

You need to share the item ID or screenshoot showing which item to check. Also, need to share a screenshot of the feed config. You can use dropbox to share the screenshots.
