Help needed with full width images

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if you could help.. I’m trying to get my freelancer to finish my company website, however he is having difficulty implementing my request to have full page width images in my blog that have a scaled down version (thumbnail) of the image in the main blog listing.

Any help / advice is greatly appreciated..
