Help needed with form/quote builder

Hi,

I am looking to add a detailed quote builder to my website and would like recommendations for which software/plugin (if any) would be best suited.

What i am trying to achieve is:

To provide instant quotations/estimates for construction work based on simple information supplied by the user

The user fills out the basic form on the website – answering questions and inputting data as required.

When finished the user can hit the submit button and see a total cost for the project

The user then has the option of purchasing a full and detailed breakdown of the estimate via paypal

The estimate is then created based on the information the user provided and is bespoke for each time the user fills in the form

The user then receives a PDF breakdown of the estimate via email.

I have looked at different form builders and spent countless hours trying to figure out how to do what i want it too, as yet to no avail.

I hope this all makes sense, if anyone can let me know if there is some recommended software/plugin available for this type of thing or if it is something bespoke that i’ll have to have created.
