Help needed with discussion notifications

  • Hi,
    We have used Notifly for several years, but there does not appear to be the facility for someone receiving a copy of our discussions by email to disable the facility.
    I note that it says Notifly has not been updated for over two years, so is there something else we should use or is there something we can enable.
    We use WordPress WordPress 3.5. and the latest version of Notifly.
    I would be glad of your help over this.
