    Those do not appear to be WP sites, so any plugin they might use probably would be of little use in WP. See if anything in these search results will help you:

    If you know JavaScript, adding up the selected values from various form fields isn’t super complicated. There are certainly plugins that will let you compose questionnaires, it’s adding up a score that might be more elusive.
