Need to Understand Editing and Publishing Process

  • I want to edit a page without affecting the existing published page. When I change the Publish Status to Draft, the existing page cannot be accessed on the website anymore. How can I edit and save edits without Publishing the page or affecting the visibility of the existing published page?

    That’s the expected behavior. When in draft, it’s NOT published. You cannot have a page/post in both “draft” and “published” status at the same time ??

    you can use preview option after editing the published post and then publish it again.
