Help Needed: Blank Screen on Mobile When Embedding Canva Presentation

  • Hello, I’m encountering an issue where my website displays a blank screen only on mobile devices. Here are the details:

    I used a custom HTML block to embed a Canva presentation on one of my pages. The presentation displays correctly on desktop browsers without any issues. However, when I access the same page on a mobile device, the screen is completely blank, and the content doesn’t load. I’ve checked that the Canva embed code is correct and works as expected on desktop and I confirmed that other pages without the Canva embed display fine on mobile.

    Any guidance or adjustments I can make to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks!
