Yes, you can add text boxes and textareas in the form. There’s already a pre-defined field for Country. Just Go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Forms > Edit a Register Form > click on “+” and look for the Country.

I made the form once I realised I hadn’t allow myself to edit form and its very simple to make your own forms up. I really love this plugin and thank you for your reply.
