    Hi,

I have issues with my Website https://www.gbajumo.com I installed Advanced NewsPaper Theme on it in July and by September, I noticed the Feature Image for each post, category and archive were not showing again on the homepage.

Also, it was always showing 500 Websmaster Error.

I contacted my Host company and they have threatened deleting the Site if I don’t rectify the problem in 2 days. I can’t afford to reset or delete the site as it contains so many posts from Clients on it.

The major problem now is I can’t even access the Wp-Admin section of the site again as the site doesn’t display anything.

I have logged into the CPanel to delete the Theme and all plugins on the site so that the site can be back to Default theme and plugin but nothing seems to work on the site.

Please I need HELP who can assist me on this.

    Thank you.

OK this is what I would do! First off create a full backup of your database first this is easy to do!
Log into your cpanel > phpMyAdmin > database for the blog > click on the export tab then tick Quick and format SQL then Go
This will save all of your data!
Then it’s up to you! personally I would then just download the theme or get a new copy of it and delete all of the files and create a new clean installation!
The important think is to make a backup via cpanel and phpMyAdmin though!
Who is your host and why they are threatening to delete the site is wrong they should really be helping you as that’s what your paying them for!
As for the webmaster 500 error thats sounds like a google webmaster issue
    Hope this helps!
