Help! My wordpress wont show any of my posts!!!

When i go to my site, this pops up behind the layout

Then where the posts are suppost to show it says this

I have no clue what happend, it was working fine yesterday, then i came on and it was like this! please help! if you know exactly whats wrong please email me at [email protected]! Thanks!
