My wordpress site is blank

  • Hi,

    I was trying to change our company’s login logo size, and when press the update button, the whole page is blank out! And now we can’t even get into the site, our site is now a blank!!!

    Please please please help?

  • Obviously, you’ve changed more than just your logo site. You must revert the change you’ve made.

    thanks for replaying! just wondering how can I revert the change??? do I open up the function.php from root file and change there? thanks!!!

    Are you able to re-upload the theme folder?

    I don’t have the authority to do that ??

    I will talk to them and hopefully they won’t kill me for killing their website…

    Hi,

    You should just remove your current theme and the default theme (eleven..) will take the place automatically.
