I set up my blog about two weeks ago (moving it from an old free WordPress site to the .org site) and all has been great. I had a theme that was working great. Then today it went really off kilter. The widgets that were in the right hand column disappeared — some appeared at the end of the page. I tried taking widgets out and moving them around but that didn’t work. There are still strange things in wrong places. I tried changing the theme thinking that it might help but the widgets are out of synch in every theme’s widgets that I’ve tried.

What do I do? I want to get my blog back to working, I was really happy with it. I don’t want to have to start over but I have no clue how to fix it?!

Can someone help a newbie? ??

Sorry, I forgot to give the blog if that would help —

You may want to check your browser. I just looked and nothing seems off kilter. I saw widgets posted on either side. On the right side, I saw ads, please vote and PR friendly. On the left side I saw followers for some Google service, Twitter, categories, etc. It looked fine to me. I’m using Firefox to look if that helps…

Thanks eric for taking the time to look — I lay there last night thinking about it and realized what had changed yesterday that must have caused the problem — I tried to link a book to Amazon affiliates. When I took that out everything went back to where it was supposed to be just fine. Obviously I won’t do that again!

    Thank you!
