Help! My website went all blank

    I installed the code snippets plugin and then deleted it but my website is still all white and blank. I can still get to my dashboard though. I need my website back fast. I am trying to get rid of the related products on my woo commerce site.

    Hi @tazzysan,

    Did you delete the plugin through the WordPress admin area, or did you delete the folder directly? If it’s the second one, I would recommend logging into the WordPress dashboard if you can and visiting the plugins page to make sure it is deactivated correctly.

    I checked https://reflectionssoycandle.com/ just now and it is working for me, and I assume you were already able to get it fixed.

    A note for next time or for someone else who may be running into the same issue and sees this, a good troubleshooting step at the point where you believe you have deactivated a plugin and the site still isn’t behaving as you expect would be to try clearing browser cache and cookies. Sometimes it helps!
