  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    So step 1 provided some insight – an unformatted version of the feed shows when all plugins are active EXCEPT my “advanced permalinks” plugin… when this plugin is deactivated, this is what shows:

    When I use feed validator (while the “advanced permalinks” plugin is deactivated), I get the following error message, which seems to be related to the “advanced permalinks” feature where i renamed old post URLS to be “pretty permalinks”:

    Sorry

    This feed does not validate.

    line 172, column 61: guid values must not be duplicated within a feed: https://theworkoutgirl.com/?p=1611 [help]

    <guid isPermaLink=”false”>https://theworkoutgirl.com/?p=1611</guid&gt;

    How do I resolve this issue? Thanks for your help!

    That sounds like a normal RSS feed.

    Your feed works fine. How you redirect your old permalinks to the new one?
