HELP! my IT person has memory loss

I am not capable of fixing my two web sites. and

My IT employee came down with a mysterious illness that left him with a memory loss. Unfortunately he can’t fix the problems I am having with my two web sites listed above.

https://www.genomunari.com, I tried to update the WP software and I backed everything up through Cpanel and then it would not restore correctly, as a result I can’t add a new page or post. everything is just white.

In Kiyq.org the home page will not load and the drop down menus are not working. I need help and will be happy to hire someone to do this. I hope I can get the sites updated and restored. Most sincerely, Gene M
