Help! My front page has gone!

Im using the Ariwoo theme to design a website. It’s all been going really well and i was just about to send it over to my friend for approval but in trying to stop one of the sub-pages being permanently highlighted in the menu, I managed to make all the cool home page features from working.

Originally I had a slider at the top, some text boxes and some sub headings all the way down the page. When I go into the AR options, the pictures I uploaded are still there. All the text is there too – but my front page now looks like on of the subpages. How do I get my original front page back? I’ve selected the What We Do page as a front page (this is what was originally selected when all the cool stuff was still there) but no luck.
