    Hi,

The Google 2 shopping feeds on my website is stuck at 9% and 18% and won’t update anymore.
It used to work fine before I started using a server side cron job.
    It then stopped working.

So I disabled the server cron and let WP cron handle things again.
The wp cron is working correctly but it won’t update the feed.

    I tried the following:

-Deactivate the plugin, then activate it again
    -Manually start the feed update
    -Disabling Redis cache server side

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    • Are you sure Redis is fully disabled as it is known to cause refresh issues with our plugin?
    • When you check the list of cron events/hooks, which ones start with woosea?

Yes, Redis is deactivated and completely uninstalled from the server:

    Caches are emptied again.

    Here’s the cron event: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Jruom19A

The feeds are still stuck @ 9%

Did you already check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today and/or yesterday to see if there are errors in them? Changes are that the plugin ran into a server-configuration limitation.

Look for maximum execution time errors, maximum CPU usage errors or maximum memory usage errors.

Fatal errors are present in the logs but have nothing to do with your plugin, memory, max-execution or CPU errors. We’re on a dedicated server with a 4 core CPU, 8GB ram and a 160GB disk. Server limitations should therefore not be an issue.

We switched to the CTX Feed plugin and that solved our problems.

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our help is no longer required we will close this topic. Do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our support.

Same problem, CTX feed is a product feed plugin too?
