My feeds are stuck on “processing (0%)”

From your article I guess there may be an issue with the cron job?

I have downloaded the WP Control plugin and there is no error message showing in “events”

There is nothing in wp-cron.php to indicate that it has been disabled either.

Question: how to confirm positively that the cron job is running correctly?

NB I have also set the batch number to 250 as I did see a timeout message in error log but from one month ago.

I have tried cloning the current main feed and also creating a brand new one. They all have the same issue.

@supportadtribes Please note I have found that this “stuck” behaviour occurs when “include variations” is selected.

This is required because most of most of my products are variable.

If I turn off this general setting the feed will complete quickly but only for non-variable products

As mentioned above I have also set the batch number to 250

    Hi @pete4mask ,

Please stop the feed, refresh it and check for any browser console errors. Also go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs for any critical error logs.

Having said that there shouldn’t be a bug with the include variations option. Try running a basic debug to confirm that it isn’t a theme or plugin conflict.

Hi Jeff, thanks for your reply.

I posted an update but it seems to have gone (or I didn’t submit properly)

Anyway subsequent testing showed that in General Settings if I set the country code to “Netherlands” it works OK whereas having it on “Australia” is gets stuck.

I found this because the only feed that was working was a test feed one of you guys setup on my site years ago with Netherlands as the country.

Try running a feed at your and with Australia as the country and include variable products.

Although this is potentially data related too if due to say comma v decimal in prices ?

    ALSO

I found a feed issue which seems to be a bug

If I have a rule eg wholesale_price to divide by 1.1 (to remove tax) then I have another field “regular_price” then the divide by 1.1 is also (unexpectedly) applied to the regular_price field. To workaround this I am needing to set up another rule to multiply regular_price by 1.1 to offset the bug.

    Hi @pete4mask ,

Have you tried creating a new feed/template? Duplicating the feed will usually cause issues, best way is to create a new feed.

As for the pricing decimal & thousands separator. We’ve introduced a feature where feeds follow the ISO4217 as we’ve received reports that the pricing structure have problems with Google.

Try running a feed at your and with Australia as the country and include variable products.

= Did this and there’s no issue, targeting Australia or other countries. All the feeds refreshed fine.

For the pricing/VAT, have you tried using the excl. VAT options?: https://ibb.co/gbWY4KB2
