Help! My Cute-Red Theme has encrypted malware!

I have spent ages getting my mother’s website hammered out, and in the last steps of trying to figure out making lightbox work, I was using FireBug and discovered a SLEW of links in the background. This is probably the 6th theme I’ve had to rework (my mom changes her mind a lot!) and I’m not sure she’ll be happy with having to change themes. Unfortunately, when I remove the code from the footer, the page goes screwy. Also, that still didn’t remove the links entirely – I imagine it’s in more than one place. Anyway, if there is ANY way you can walk me through removing this garbage from her website, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks a million!
