Help, My Blogs have been hacked … Again

I need help … badly.

All my blogs have been hacked into or some sort of virus has spread and all my home pages appear with just the following:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/martinn/public_html/wp-includes/default-filters.php on line 230

I had the same problem last week and re-installed and updated everything and it was back to normal – and now today, it’s back!!!

The following code has attached itself to my index.php and default-filters.php files:

Anybody has any ideas what’s going on and how I can get rid of this crap.
