Help my blog is gone

Just entered my site after doing a minor post…and everything was dead…

Got a ling line with this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/www-root/kunder/privat/Storan/www.theport.nu/theport.tv/wp/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 283

WordPress database error: [Can’t open file: ‘wp_options.MYI’. (errno: 145)]
SELECT option_value FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = ‘permalink_structure’

Is there a way to resore or repair a WP installation. Any suggestions or if anyone have had the same thing happening…plase help me out.
