• Please help! While I was updating the ecampaign plug-in, the installation didn’t go through and now every time I go to the blog site (https://hatdc.org), I get this message:

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

Please help! We have a major email campaign happening now and we need the site up!

    Thanks,
    HATDC

  • Hi HATDC,

Check .htaccess and see if it’s ok.
.htaccess file is located in your root directory.

If you are not sure if it’s ok, please paste it here,
    I will take a look.

The site comes up for me.

While I was updating the ecampaign plug-in, the installation didn’t go through

    Try manually updating the plugin.
