help! my admin account is gone!

I enabled debug mode and now my wordpress multisite installation won’t let me log back in in any site. It says
WordPress database error: [Table ‘cuboulde_wp901_st1.wp_5_users’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM wp_5_users WHERE user_login = ‘woeof’
WordPress database error: [Table ‘cuboulde_wp901_st1.wp_5_users’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM wp_5_users WHERE user_login = ‘woeof’but the user does exist! if it didn’t, I wouldn’t have been logged in to activate debug mode…
