Mobile version has no colour!

  • I have just set up a website, and all looks good on desktop – and when I preview it in mobile on my desktop, but when I look at it on an iphone the back ground colour has disappeared. The theme is extendable and I have installed Apppresser to help with mobile.

    Is there an easy way to fix this? All help really appreciated! Thanks

  • Hey @helenemooney – do you mean when you check site on browser in your iPhone, it doesn’t appears as how it appear in desktop in mobile screen size? If yes, I’m experiencing the same issue on my Android phone for your site. It seems the problem is related to the theme you’re using. In this case, the best course of action would be to reach out to your theme provider. Since they developed the theme, they should be able to guide you in resolving the issue.

    Yes – that’s correct – my background colour has gone and I have issues with the menu. I have contacted the theme provider – fingers crossed they can help!
