Help! Messed up blog!

    I was told by my host that my blog used up too much memory so I started to delete files and tried to reduce the size. Then I must have deleted something !! Important because I lost my sidebars and the pages are messed up. I was using the Funki theme but I switched themes to see if that would fix it but it didn’t. I’m really lost and I’d really appreciate any help anyone could give ?? My blog is https://www.brightnessproject.com

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
