Help Me with Zoom issue!

unfortunately the plugin is not compatible with the Jetpack Photon module. If you deactivate the module it will definitely work.

No, had disabled the JetPack but still image can’t zoom that much…

it is Zooming only a small amount…

The zoom takes the bigger images from the images’s ‘srcset’ attribute. I’m trying to understand why you don’t have any srcset attributes for any images.

The theme you’re using has the srcset’s. So it’s not the theme removing them.

May I ask what active plugins do you have installed? Or do you have some custom code similar to this that is removing the srcset’s ?

On this zoom working

But not in
850 x 1100 dimension image

I just upload these with these dimension images all the other done my WordPress

I have no idea why it’s happening

i uploaded another image with same 860×1100 dimension and its also working fine.

for future images, I will upload these dimension ratio images..
