Updated and now it wont let me login

Ever since i upgraded my wordpress site to the 3.5.2 version it wont let me log on to update or can i make any changes to it at all…
When i go to the: https://www.jewelseinc.com/wp-admin
The URL comes up as: https://www.jewelseinc.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F
When i do click on the “update WordPress Database” it goes for a while then it just takes me to a blank wordpress page with just the wp logo and when i click on the wp logo it just takes me to https://www.remarpro.com
Please help me fix the issues ASAP..
