help me to organize my robots.txt file

  • hello ,
    i want to improve my search results in search engines, i have hear about robots.txt and someone tells me i shall disable some directories in my blog + disable robots to crawl to my archive and my categories !
    what can i do to make robots.txt suitable for my blog ?
    my blog is in home folder /
