Help me to change the styles (Bueno by Wootheme)…

    https://www.healthforus.info/ <—- is my website. I am using Bueno theme of wothems. I am facing some problems.

    1- I want to change font colors of navigation, category(most popular) and widget fonts. Did try CSS for such a long time. Couldn’t change colors. Can anyone please help me to change font colors?

    2- Pictures on the homepage excerpts are corping badly. Is there any want to resize pictures automatically and then use on homepage excerpts and within the posts?

    3- There is a square blue frame around my pictures posted on posts. How can I remove the frames as you can see I already using frames around the pictures?

    4- How can I add “read more” on excerpts posts?
