    Hi there,

As a first step, try checking if WooCommerce Integration System User is available or not on your Facebook Business Manager.

Visit your Business Manager, and check if WooCommerce Integration System User is there:

If it’s there, please click on the Commerce account tab, and check if the System User is added to the Commerce account (the one with the associated catalog you want to connect to with Facebook for WooCommerce):

In my example, I have it listed there:

But in case it’s not listed as a user under the Commerce account, you can add it by clicking Add People, and add the integration clicking Assign:

Once you’ve done that, try to reconnect the plugin by clicking Get Started.

    Hi @frankszzz,

I am sorry to see that you are still facing this problem.

There seems to be an issue reported for this problem here: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2148

Please follow the update on that report to get updates on when this will be fixed and if there is a workaround posted.

    Thanks!
