I just cannot seem to make this work.

How would I set this up so that posts that have the tag “public” are shown to users who are not logged in. All users who are logged in would see all of the content including the public tags.

Here is what I have done that is not working but in my mind should.

    Installed 0.2.1 version, activated
    Navigated to Users > Restrictions
    Clicked “Add New”
    Gave it the title “Default”
    Clicked “Add New Group”
Expanded “Tags” on left menu drop down
    Selected “Public”
    Clicked “Add to Group”
Clicked the “Traget this context” to make the ‘Negate group’ check mark appear
Selected “Not logged-in” from the right ‘Options’ menu under the ‘Role’ pull down
Clicked “Save” in the center ‘Condition Groups’ group box
    Clicked “Publish”

Logged out of the blog, navigate to the blog yet I still see all posts. Those ‘tagged’ and not tagged as “Public”

    Should this work?

    Thank you.

I will see if I can reproduce your issue.

However, currently when you create a restriction, it applies to only 1 role. E.g. if you restrict the “public” tags to logged-out users, only logged-out users are able to see it. There is no hierarchical access control, though it is on the roadmap.
