    HI,
    i was using woo commerce and had a terrible time with the system sending emails when orders were placed and it even wouldnt send the manual ones.
    so long story short i decided to switch to your plug in for something thats better put together and easier for me to manage.

    i am having a major issue. i have set up all of the pages to run on your plugin and the checkout page is not functional. i need to know how to get the checkout page to prompt for customer info and i need to add custom fields to the checkout such as professional license number and so on.

    the main issue though is that when you hit check out on the cart page it doesnt go ANYWHERE it just sits there what am i doing wrong? how do i change the redirect to inter customer information and then ask for payment…my site is currently on but cant accept checkout or payment please dont tell me i have to go back to woocommerce they gave me the blues

    please help

    Hello @stateboardprofessor1, hope you’re doing well!

    I am sorry to hear you have this issue and for the delay in this thread. I’ve tested the plugin and can’t replicate the same.

    Please run a quick check for a conflict with another plugin or theme. Deactivate all other plugins and test the Checkout page again. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

    If with all plugins deactivated this issue still persist, please add the following to the wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Make sure that you insert this line BEFORE /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Try to replicate this issue again, this way all errors will be saved in the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

    Please upload the debug.log file somewhere that we could have access to it (exmp. Google Drive) and attach the link here.

    Let me know how it went!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    the problem was certainly not resolved, but it was very time sensitive and i couldn’t wait all of the time it took for your team to respond. my site was down all weekend and i lost major money because of it.

    So a few suggestions for you guys:

    1. dont say 24/7 if its more like 24 to 48 hours response time.
    2. your emails need some HTML they are way to simple and plain, but i did like the pdf invoice option.
    3. your fields on your checkout for are too concrete, they need to be able to be customized for people who have very elaborate store info needs from their customers during the ordering process. This would be better than telling the plugin users to hires a developer. If a developer was an option im sure they would just do that to begin with.

    I had to go back to woocommerce which i hated to do because i like the look of your store better but the above listed things and the issue i was having with the checkout page disappearing were a but much. keep me updated if you guys every make those changes i would like to try the plugin again.

    Hi @stateboardprofessor1,

    Sorry to hear you had to switch back, but thank you for your suggestions, I will forward this to our developers to check it out.

    We offer support on both our premium forums and wp.org, sometimes it can get usually busy and delay our response times but we do our best to get back to everyone.

    Cheers,
    Predrag
