Help me move my followers? And possibly likes widget recommendation?

Hi I just switched to www.remarpro.com from WordPress.com. I was hoping somebody could explain to me how to move my followers (if I can) and also if there is any more “like” button widgets that I can install for all my posts. I would also love to know if there is a follower widget, just like in wordpress.com or is the best way to subscribe via email. Please let me know and also if you don’t understand my request please say so. Thank you so much, I hope this is the right place to put this.
