  • I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here.

    I understand.

    Unfortunately the vendor says the he wont answer any questions regarding editing the apearance. So Im completely stuck now. What do I do? Any suggestions?

    We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial themes as you paid for support when you bought the theme. It is not our place to keep theme vendors in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services. The www.remarpro.com support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on www.remarpro.com. We do not support themes downloaded from elsewhere.

    So if I use a theme from wordpress, for example tewntytwelve, you would allow posts about that in here?

    I see. Well I,ll have to do that then. The Dano product that I paid 45usd for, is useless if I cant get any support from anyone.
