Help me get rid of this please!

Hello! I have a lot of blank space on my site I want to get rid of. I’m using Twenty Twelve for beautybypeach.com

Mainly I want to remove the space between the top navigation menu and first content.

Also, weirdly I have a huge space above my site title, but only on the home page.

If anyone can help me with these 2 problems I’ll be so grateful! (I’m new at this so please be very specific). Thanks!
