Your sounding mighty picky? Thumbs have to be 185px square, three in a row, then what? What do you want to happen when somebody clicks one of those thumbs? …or are the thumbs simply links to albums?
There are four heavy hitter WordPress gallery plugins:
Next Gen Gallery
Photopress
Flicker Photo Gallery :: Store you photos and Flickr and save disk space. Gives five insert size choices when illustrating blog content. All album/photo management is done at Flickr.
Gallery2 :: Great for multi users. Been around the longest with the most extensive development.
Each has its strengths and weaknesses. Since they are all easy to upload and activate I suggest trying them all out to see which one will work the best for your exacting specifications.

Judging by your page I expect you can take any one of the aforementioned gallery packages and edit its parameters to get exactly what you are looking for. I can’t wait to see what you settle on so be sure to send me a link.
You can add a gallery that is not a plugin by creating a template page or simply managing your gallery off site then adding code to draw in the magic of your efforts. Consider:
