    What is the URL of your site?
    Which plugin is this in relation to?
    What is the URL of the plugin page?
    What were you attempting to do when the error occured? eg update or install a plugin.
    Has this worked previously for other plugins?
    Does the issue occur when you try to do the same with another plugin?

    I’d love to be able to help, but I need some information so can I have an idea of what might be causing this.

    What is the URL of your site?
    Which plugin is this in relation to?
    What is the URL of the plugin page?
    What were you attempting to do when the error occured? eg update or install a plugin.
    Has this worked previously for other plugins?
    Does the issue occur when you try to do the same with another plugin?

    I’m having this very same problem …. yet can’t find a resolution anywhere.
