Help me add styles to my Tags

Im a very new to styling and to be honest, really suck at it!

I have added a tag feature on my blog, but it looks like awful so i wanted to know if someone can help me style the tag text a bit?

What should i add to the style.css for it to look a bit better than it does now? I also want the links to be blue, if someone clicks on the link now it will switch color to purple which is kinda annoying..
