Everything appears to be loading correctly, however your theme options may not be configured on the remote site.
You need to do two things on the remote site:
1. Go to Tools > Child Themes and click “Generate/Rebuild Child Theme Files” for the Parent/Child combination you configured locally.
2. Go to Appearance > Customizer and apply all of the theme options you set locally. These are stored in the database and will not transfer via FTP.
Alternatively, install a database migration plugin and dump/restore the local database to the remote site to port all of the theme options.
