  • Hi there @hometownshopping ??

Thank you for contacting Woo support, and for your patience! We are experiencing an unusually high volume of support requests at the moment, and that has affected our response times.

Is there a way for when I create a new product tag, that the page created for that tag just pulls the image of the first product associated?

From what I gather, you would like the product image to also be assigned to its product tag, if it is the first product assigned to it.

In an out-of-the-box WooCommerce installation, the available fields for a product tag are Name, Slug, and Description. For reference, I am attaching the screenshot below:

Could you elaborate further on what you are trying to implement?

Additionally, can you please share a screenshot of what you see at that screen with the tag image you are referring to? That will help us understand the issue. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here or into our https://Quickforget.com service and send that secret link here.

We await your response to better assist you.
