    I have a follow-up question.

    I managed to get the opt-in form to work, but I have noticed, if I provide my name/email address, and then I receive the email confirmation… But I then delete the email (say by mistake).

    …If I then try to submit my name/email into the opt-in form on my site a second time, I do not receive the email confirmation the second time.

    How do I avoid this situation, so the opt-in form won’t accept my email submission a second time, should a user accidentally delete the email they receive.

    Please note – I have “double opt-in” activated.

    Hi,

    The email is not sent by the Optin Forms plugin, that’s handled by MailChimp. So it’s something you would need to contact their support about.
