Help: Lost previous forms updating

I do not understand.
The forms are lost? but they seem to be on the pages properly formatted?
What is missing?

Maybe you have a cache plugin and that is why the forms are on the pages?

Did you ever backup your forms from the tools menu?

Everything is okay.

When I went to move ahead and add a new form, my prior forms showed in the drop down menu – each time I went to add a new form.

Until I finally did have a new form.

All forms are present.
