HELP!! Locked out of my site!!

    I installed remove-all-comments today to help me clean spam comments building up on my site.

    First I used it on my welcome page, it removed thousands of comments for me in seconds! Awesome!!

    Then I tried to use it on one of my WP-E-Commerce pages, I got a blank screen. Now when I try to log into my site it says “ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.”

    Google is set up to allow cookies from my site, it is allowing cookies from other sites I visit. I have also tried logging in manually to no avail.

    While the site seems to be working fine for my visitors, I am currently running a contest requiring people to comment on my blog to enter and need to approve their comments. It will not look very professional if I do not approve their comments in a timely manner, or am not able to at all. PLEASE HELP. Thanks so much!!

  • You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server and delete that plugin from the plugins folder. See if that lets you login again.

    Oh, and BTW, I’ve deleted your duplicate post – please don’t do that even if you’re in a tight spot – it really doesn’t work well on these forums :)!
