help lisitng category in template-archives.php

my site page is https://www.yachtprovisioningservice.com/?page_id=39

i want the featured company section to list any posts under category ‘featured’ which is tag_id =1

can anyoine please help me insert the code into the template-archives.php page so it will automatically list any featured posts
