Help! Just purchased pro! Filter says “searching” but no results; page expires.

    Hi! I run an woocommerce store with 20000 products. Used Pimwick free version. It was very useful. So, upgraded and bought the pro version. Uninstalled the free version and installed the pro. But, the pro version does not return any results and just sits with “searching”. Then page hangs. Free version was returning 1000 records but the pro version just hangs. Please address this issue immediately.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
