Help, Just getting a blank screen when trying to access site and admin page

    I was looking at new themes and after I activated the Theme healthy WP I am only get a blank screen when trying to access my site or admin page, Please help. thanks very much.

  • One fix that should always work in these situations is to access your site via FTP or CPanel. Go to your public hml folder > wp_content > themes folder, and find the folder name of the theme you activated that resulted in the white screen and delete it.

    WordPress will default back to a different theme so you should be able to login.

    Another tip for cases where it could be a plugin that causes the ‘white screen of death’ and you can’t access your site, it to get to your site via FTP or CPanel and simple rename the plugins folder. This will disable all plugins so you can login in, get rid of the plugin that caused the problem, and then go back and rename it to original “Plugins” name.
