Help I've just changed all my tabs by mistake

  • Like I said, I’m a beginner so…

    While merrily editing pages, I have just done something I didn’t mean to but don’t know how I did it. All my tabs on my homepage have now changed and now each read ‘translation’ instead of ‘about us’, ‘philosophy’ ‘tariffs’ etc. I was editing my translation page.

    How do I undo what I did ? Is the old tab info lost ??

    I started editing before my reaching the end of my youtube tutorial. (The wordpress tv ones were really bad in terms of noise quality).
