HELP! It sent my new password to wrong email that does not exist

I was working on my site and logged out to grab some food. When i came back it would not accept my password I thought I set up so I just decided to have it send a new one. I thought I changed the email to the one i use the most but it sent it to the default one which was “[email protected]” but that does not exist. Now I have no idea what my password is or even how to get it to my email. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.
