    I have created an International Flat Rate Shipping zone for my products with countries defined (not postal codes, just countries). However SOME orders are NOT being charged this (very expensive) international shipping cost. Sometimes these are orders from the SAME country: one order would be charged and the other not. And sometimes orders are not charged this shipping even though the country is defined. Please help, I’ve been losing money, over $240 so far and more ongoing because this appears to be so random that I didn’t even know it was going on.

    Highlighted rows are where countries are sometimes charged and sometimes not!

    To sort out what’s happening, it would be helpful to have screenshots. Can you post screenshots of the shipping zones (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping)? You can use https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL it gives you in your reply.

    That way we’ll be able to see how these are set up and help sort out what’s going on.
